After studying at the philosophical faculty of the Charles University in Prague (the field of cultural studies / social and cultural anthropology) and work for the children's theater, Minor worked as a volunteer of the European Voluntary Service (long-term international educational event of the EU Youth Program) in France (6 months in the PACA region). I have long-term experience with the Czech National Agency coordinating the EU Youth / Youth in Action / Erasmus + program in different roles. Since 2003 has been working more deeply on the subject European Voluntary Service (EVS), I worked as an EVS Coordinator in the Czech Republic, accredited by organizations involved in EVS projects, trainer or project consultant. At the same time, I am a coordinator of diverse educational activities for youth and youth workers at national and international level (training, seminars, workshops ...), often focused on the topic volunteering, European voluntary service and non-formal educationb>.

Since 2006, I have been working with SALTO South East Europe RC as EVS Accreditor for SEE / Western Balkans. Since 2014 I have also been a member of the Association of Non-Formal Education Association and I have been involved as an organizer and trainer in various international trainings focused on European Voluntary Service and Non-formal Education. By meeting people from different cultures and learning different cultures I gain inspiration and motivation for my further work and direction.

Besides, I belong to the founders of the Society of František Tröster zs, presenting the personality and work of world-famous Czech stage designer. I like art, culture, creative activities, sports, traveling, being in the nature and gardening.
