international training for youth workers on employability

INSPIRE - Young People's Expanded Competences on a Job Market was designed for youth workers from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Turkey, Italy, Spain, Great Britain, Cyprus, Hungary, Belgium and Portugal. The main aim was to encourage participants to best help the young people they work with, reflect and formulate their competencies to have the simplest position on the labor market. The training followed the successful JobAffair training concept, led by experienced trainers Tomáš Pešek, Jan van Hove and Anita Silva, and 12. - 19.9.2017 at Chatova Doubravka in Vysočina.

The project is supported by the European Commission's Erasmus + program.

The participants participated in the training brochure full of methods and ideas inspiring young people to develop competencies. The publications were created to help young people plan for further development and better presentation on the labor market.
