Long-term training for youth workers
Training Marker CS is a long-term educational activity for youth workers who are preparing projects, trainings, seminars, or regular activities and want to improve their quality. It consists of three residence phases and practices between them. The training will encourage participants to ensure that their activities are well prepared, implemented and evaluated, helping them gain self-confidence, compiling their knowledge and finding out where they want to go.
The training is accredited within the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Education of the Czech Republic.
Marker CS was implemented for the first time in years of 2014 / 2015 in cooperation with the Slovak organization Saplinq; for the second time, we have implemented an innovative version of this successful training in 2016 / 2017 in cooperation with our strategic partner YouthWatch - you can look at final project report, or read it in detail report on the impact of the project.
Collaboration with the Slovak Youthwatch organization has proved to be a great success, so we decided to hold training for 2018 for the third time. The first phase took place in March, the second in June, and the third phase of the training took place in October 2018.
One of the key training themes is a need analysis that we have prepared for you an article about "how to do it" in youth work. The author is a member of the training team Monika Novosadová. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or a request for support.
Training is supported by the Erasmus + program.
